Applies to: All Reolink NVRs and Cameras
While installing Reolink Client on the computer or laptop, the installation could not succeed.
Solution:
- Uninstall the installation file on the computer or laptop.
- Go to Reolink official website (https://reolink.com/software-and-manual/) .
- Download Reolink Client.
- Try to install it again. If you still fail to install it, try 3 or 4 times to uninstall and reinstall Reolink Client.
