Applies to: All Reolink NVRs and Cameras

While installing Reolink Client on the computer or laptop, the installation could not succeed. 

Solution: 

  1. Uninstall the installation file on the computer or laptop.
  2. Go to Reolink official website (https://reolink.com/software-and-manual/) .
  3. Download Reolink Client.
  4. Try to install it again. If you still fail to install it, try 3 or 4 times to uninstall and reinstall Reolink Client.
