If you find the videos in the playback can't erase themselves automatically when the SD card is full, there are two causes below:

Cause 1. The Overwrite is not enabled.

The SD card will overwrite the old recording files and store new recordings when it becomes full.

Cause 2: The SD card is not compatible or defective.

Please refer to the requirements below to choose the right SD card for Reolink cameras, otherwise, the recording function may not work properly.

Item Requirement
Capacity 8GB or 16GB card is suggested (Up to 64GB)
Read and Write Speed Class 10 or higher
Format FAT32

Cause 3: The camera issue.

If you have more than one Reolink camera, please swap the SD card to perform a test. If the issue persists, please contact support for help.
