What Should I Do If the Screw is Lost/Broken

Problem description: The screw is missing or broken and the camera cannot be fixed.

Cause 1: There is no Screw in the package.

Solution: Please contact Reolink support, provide a photo of the package and the purchase invoice.

Cause 2: The screw is loose/broken and missing.

Solution: Please contact Reolink support, provide a photo of which screw is missing, then we will provide you with the correct size for you to purchase the right screws in local hardware stores.
