If you have difficulty accessing your 4G camera, or the camera frequently shows connection failed on the app, please follow the following steps to find out what causes it and fix it.
Applies to: Reolink Go, Go PT, Go Plus, Go PT Plus
Cause 1. The network signal is weak.
Solution: Move the camera to an open area with a better network signal.
Cause 2. Poor network connection of your phone.
Solution: Switch the video to fluent mode or connect the phone to another network.
Cause 3. Restriction of the SIM card operator.
Solution: Check the UID and contact Reolink Support for further help.
Cause 4. The antenna of the camera is loose.
Solution: Fasten or reinstall the antenna, and point the antenna upward.
Note: Cause 4 only applies to Reolink Go PT and Go PT Plus.
