If you have difficulty accessing Reolink Go or Reolink Go PT, or the camera frequently shows connection failed on the app, please follow the following step for troubleshooting.
Cause 1. The Network Signal is Weak
Solution: Move the camera to an open area with a better network signal.
Cause 2. Poor Network Connection of Your Phone
Solution: Switch to fluent mode or connect the phone to another network.
Cause 3. Restriction of the SIM Card Operator
Solution: Check the UID and contact the Reolink support for further help.
Cause 4. The Antenna of the Reolink Go PT is Loose
Solution: Fasten or reinstall the antenna. And point the antenna upward.
Note: The Cause 4 only applies to Reolink Go PT.
