Applied to: Reolink battery-powered camera, C1 series camera,  Lumus and NVR.

Problem description: The USB port is broken, you may not power on the camera or you couldn't control the mouse on the NVR.

Cause: Hardware defect.

  • Camera 

Solution: Please change another USB cable and power adapter to power on the devices to exclude the power adapter or cable defect. If the issue still exists, please contact support for further help.

  • NVR

Solution: 

  1. There are two USB ports on the NVR, please test them by the same USB mouse or USB hard drive to exclude the mouse or hard drive defect.
  2. If the issue still exists, please contact support for further help.
