There are two kinds of error prompts that you might receive when signing up a cloud account: "Invalid username" and "Your emails do not match. Please try again." Please refer to the below tips to see if the problem could be fixed or not.
1. "Invalid Username" Error
Cause: Incorrect Format in Email Address
Solution: Check if there are spaces or unsupported characters such as "。" "ü” in the email address.
If the issue remains unsolved, please contact Support with the email address you used for assistance.
2. "Your Emails Do not Match. Please Try Again" Error
Cause: The Email Address Isn't the Same as the One You Entered for the 1st Time.
Solution: Check carefully if you have added or left out characters/spaces when you enter the email address for the second time. Please contact Support if the issue remains unsolved.
