Picture Freezed with RTSP/RTMP

Applies to: All POE cameras, wifi cameras, except the battery-powered cameras, E1, Reolink Lumus B400,B800,D400,D800 which comes with NVR kit

Problem phenomenon: camera picture will freeze 

Cause: Insufficient bandwidth, complicated scenarios, software bugs

Solution:

1. Make sure the camera firmware is the latest one. 

2. Please reduce the camera bitrate to lower, you can refer to the link here.

3. Take the camera to place the white wall on whether camera picture still freezes or not?

If facing the white wall remained the same, please contact us with the order number and firmware version.
