When you find out that the battery level on the APP is always 100%, or the camera cannot be charged to 100%, please follow this guide for simple troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting for the Abnormal Battery Level
- Unplug the Solar Panel: Unplug the solar panel and observe whether the device functions normally without it connected. This will help determine if the issue is related to the solar panel or if the problem persists independently.
- Charge for several hours: Power off the device completely and plug it in to charge for 4-6 hours until the battery is fully charged.
