Symptoms for Camera PIR False Alarms
Symptoms of camera false alarms include receiving notifications for non-existent motion events, such as passing shadows or changes in lighting, and frequent alerts despite no significant activity. Additionally, you may notice that the camera triggers alarms even when there are no people, animals, or vehicles present in the field of view.

- Fully charged: Please make sure there are no low battery reminders.

Enable 'Reduce false alarms': If the camera uses a digital PIR, turn on Reduce false alarms to help minimize unnecessary recordings.

Check the camera's surroundings:
- Factors like moving plants, reflections, or strong light sources can trigger false alerts.
- Do not install the camera facing the mirror.
- If possible, try repositioning the camera to an area with less activity.

Temperature rise:
- Use the camera at an appropriate temperature (0℃ to 45℃ is recommended).
- Stay away from outlets, including the air conditioner vents, humidifier outlets, the heat transfer vent of projectors, etc.
