2. There is movement in front of the camera, sometimes the alarm push cannot be received or there is no relevant alarm video, or the alarm email is not received or the siren does not ring.
3. The PIR sensor distance is short.

Troubleshooting Steps for Camera PIR Doesn't Work Occasionally/Alarm Delay/Short Detection Distance

1. PIR schedule/alert schedule (push, email, and so on) is set correctly. (Different models require different settings to be checked.) Refer to:

3. Smart detection alarm-related settings are correctly and reasonably configured. Smart detection Sensitivity, Detection Zone, and Object Size are set properly. Refer to: How to Configure PIR, Motion and Smart Detection Settings

4. Adjust the installation angle/height/distance. There must be a certain angle between the battery unit and the detection area, radial installation is not recommended, and the installation height should not exceed 3M. Please note that the PIR angle should be adjusted manually.
