Applies to: All Reolink battery-powered cameras.

If the camera will drop offline and the status light will turn off when you are making live view and confirm the battery has electricity, it might be because the camera auto reboots itself, here are some possible causes for your reference.

Cause 1: The reset button is stuck or broken

If the camera will restore to the wizard after reboot, please check whether the reset button is stuck or broken.

Cause 2: The connection between the camera body and the battery is bad

  • If the battery can be taken off, please check the touch pins on both camera and the battery whether they are cooroded or defective, and whether the battery has been installed well on the camera.
  • If the battery can be taken off and you have other cameras, please swap this battery to another camera for a check. In this way.
Note: Argus, Keen, Argus 2, Argus pro, GO can take off the battery, Argus Eco, Argus PT, GO PT can not take off the battery.

If the camera still auto reboot itself, please reset the camera for a check, you can refer to,  How to Reset Reolink Device
