If you noticed there is a spot or stain in the middle or part of the live stream image, please check the causes as below: 

Cause 1: There's spot/stain or damage around the camera lens

Solution:  Please check your camera lens whether you can see any spot or stain or damage around the camera lens. Please clear the camera lens to see whether the spot/stain will disappear from the live image.

Cause 2: Hardware defect of the camera

If there is no obvious spot/stain or damage around the camera lens, please change another working place for this camera and also try to hard reset this camera.

If you have tried all the above solutions and still the same, please contact the Reolink Support team for a warranty.
