If your camera's model supports Reolink Cloud service but you failed to bind your camera to your Cloud account, please check if your camera needs to be upgraded to the latest version first. Below is a quick guide for your reference.
You can refer to How to Find out System Information (Firmware Version) via Reolink Software to check if your camera has the latest version or not.
If not, please upgrade your camera first then check if you could bind your camera to your cloud account successfully. You could refer to the table below:
