To add Reolink products to Reolink App locally or remotely, you may follow the instructions below.
Applies to: All Reolink cameras and NVRs
When your phone and the camera/NVR are connected to the same local network (LAN) or when you have physical access to the camera/NVR, we can add the device to the Reolink App by "adding devices automatically" or "scanning QR code of the Reolink device".
When your phone and the camera/NVR are in different networks or when you are away from the camera/NVR, we can add the device to the App by "manually entering UID, IP address or DDNS".
