If you find the camera delays to send the email alerts, here are some suggestions for you.
1. Set the email to no attachment or set it to attach only pictures to have a try.
2. Change the email interval to a longer number.
3. Move the camera close to the router for a test.
4. Connect the camera to a different network for a check.
