If you fail to save email address information when you sent up email alerts, here are some suggestions for you.
If it shows Invalid email format, please check whether there is blank in front of or behind your email address and delete it.
If it shows Type in no more than 31 characters, that means the email address is too long to be supported, please change to other short email address for a check.
If you copy the email address to the email setting but it shows Invalid email format, please kindly delete the email address and enter it manually for a check.
