Reolink cameras and NVRs offer user-friendly features for easily checking network status. Whether troubleshooting connection issues or verifying smooth operation, knowing how to access this information is crucial. In the following sections, we'll guide you through the steps to find and check the Information on the network status of your Reolink camera and NVR.

Via Reolink App
Log in to your device via the Reolink App, and go to Device Settings > Device Info > Network Info to check the network information of your device.
Note: For TrackMix Wired LTE, it will gain an IP address only when using cable connection.

Via Reolink Client
Log in to your device on Reolink Client, go to Device Settings > Network > Network Information and check the network information of your device.

Via Reolink Web browser
Step 1. Log in to your camera via Web Browser and then click the gear icon on the top right to get to the settings page.
Step 2. Click Network. And check the network information of your device.
If the web interface of your camera is an old version, you can refer to the steps below.
Log into your cameras/NVRs via the web browser, then go to Device Settings > Network > General page. And check the network information of your device.

Via Reolink NVR (new UI)
Applies to: RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N2MB02/N3MB01/N7MB01), RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N6MB01), RLN36 and RLN12W.
Step 1. Go to the live-view page and click the Settings icon in the bottom right corner to enter the menu.
Step 2. Go to Network on the left-hand side, then click on Network Status to check the network status information of the NVR.

Via Reolink NVR (Old UI)
Applies to: RLN4-410 (hardware version H3MB17), RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB02), RLN8-410-E, RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB02/H3MB06)
Step 1. Log into your Reolink PoE NVR on the monitor, and click on the icon to open to Menu.
Step 2. Go to Network on the left-hand side, then click on Network Status to check the network status information of the NVR.
