This article will guide you on how to access your camera again if your router or the ISP is changed.
Applies to: All Reolink WiFi cameras.
Here is a video for your reference:
For battery-powered Wi-Fi cameras, Reolink Lumus and E1 series cameras without LAN ports:
- If the Wi-Fi name or password has been changed, you will need to reset the camera and configure it again;
- If the Wi-Fi name and password are the same as before, the camera will reconnect automatically.
For other Wi-Fi cameras:
- If the WiFi name or password has been changed, you will need to connect the camera to the router via an Ethernet cable and log in to the camera to change the Wi-Fi settings;
- If the WiFi name and password are the same as before, the camera will reconnect automatically.
For E1 series cameras with LAN ports, both of the above methods can work.
