Note: When the sensitivity for pet detection is set to Low (0-33), the camera only detects moving objects that look like pets a lot. In this way, the false alarm will be reduced.

Step 4. Go to Alarm Delay. Slide the bar to adjust the alarm delay time (0-8 seconds), during which the object could stay in the detection zone without triggering any alarm. Then tap Save.

Step 5. Go to Object Size and choose a detection object Now you could customize the size for the object to be detected by the camera. After finishing the setting, tap Save.

  • Tap Minimum Object, then drag to adjust the size of the orange rectangle. If a moving object is smaller than this rectangle, it will not trigger the alarm even if it is a pet.
  • Tap Maximum Object, then drag to adjust the size of the blue rectangle. If a moving object is larger than this rectangle, it will not trigger the alarm even if it is a pet.
  • If you want to redraw the minimum/maximum object, just tap the Trash Can icon and repeat the above operations.

Step 6. If you need to be alerted when the camera detects a motion of these alarm types, you need to configure the detection type in different alarm schedules, for example, the push notification Schedule.

Note: The Pet detection function is still in the beta testing stage and there is a probability of false alarms. If there are any, please don't hesitate to share more details with us on our official website by submitting a request.
