The following steps show you how to live view the dual-lens cameras in clear mode via Reolink App.
Applies to: Duo (Battery), Duo 4G, Duo PoE, Duo WiFi, TrackMix, TrackMix WiFi, TrackMix PoE, and TrackMix LTE.
Launch Reolink App, then enter the Live View interface of the camera. Make sure you are live viewing the camera on a single screen (switch between single and dual screens by tapping the button in the upper right corner) first, and then select Clear.
Note: It is not supported to directly select Clear in dual-screen mode. If you want to live view the camera in the dual-screen mode in Clear, please select Clear in a single screen, and then switch to dual screen.
