If you would like to view both the two images of the dual-lens camera on the Reolink App at the same time, refer to the guide below.
Applies to: Reolink Duo PoE, Duo Wi-Fi, Duo, Duo 4G, Reolink TrackMix PoE, TrackMix Series P760, TrackMix Wi-Fi, TrackMix, TrackMix LTE, TrackMix LTE Plus, Reolink TrackMix Wired LTE, RLC-81MA, P330M and Reolink OMVI 3i PoE.
Step 1. View Dual Lens Thumbnails on the Home Page
Open the Reolink App. On the Home page, tap the Display Options icon at the top to choose whether to show only the device name or to display both lens images together
Tip: The dual-lens view shown on the Home page is not a live view — it displays the last frames saved from your previous preview session.
Step 2. Make sure the camera is in Classic Mode.
Dual View is not supported in Full Screen Mode or Immersive Preview Mode. Refer to: Introduction to Reolink Default Video Player
Step 3. Switch Single View or Dual View.
Tap the camera preview window to view the live feed. At the top of the preview page, you can switch between Single View and Dual View.
Note:
1. In Dual View mode, stream settings (such as Clear, Balanced, or Fluent) are unavailable, except for OMVI 3i PoE camera.
To adjust the stream mode, switch to Single View, make the change, and then return to Dual View mode.
2. When you turn on the Auto Tracking for the TrackMix series, the tracked object will be auto-zoomed and displayed on the telephoto lens image.
3. For TrackMix series cameras and RLC-81MA, the upper one is the wide-angle image and the bottom is the telephoto image. For the Reolink Duo series, the upper is the image of the left lens and the bottom is the right one. For the Reolink OMVI 3i PoE camera, the upper is a telephoto image and the lower is a wide-angle image.
