Common symptoms include not hearing any audio when using the camera's intercom feature, and being unresponsive to voice commands. This issue can stem from a variety of causes, such as software glitches, incorrect settings, or hardware malfunctions.
Troubleshooting Steps for Cameras Speaker Not Working
- Siren test: please enable the siren to see if there is a sound when you pass by the camera How to Manually Trigger the Siren of your Camera
- No covered or blocked by objects: please ensure that the speaker on the camera is not covered or blocked by any foreign objects. Sometimes, even small obstructions can significantly affect the audio output.
