When you try to log into your camera/NVR, but receive the notification of Username or password is incorrect

You may try as follow: 

1. If you are using the administrative account to access your camera/NVR, please make sure the username is admin (show in the picture above)

2. If the username is admin, but you still get the password error notification, you may reset your device camera/NVR.

3. If there is a Reolink NVR in LAN, it may be auto-added to the NVR and assigned a password, please refer to this article to check and change the camera's password: How to Configure User Settings via Reolink NVRs
