When you try to log into your camera/NVR, but receive the notification of Username or password is incorrect:
You may try as follow:
1. If you are using the administrative account to access your camera/NVR, please make sure the username is admin (show in the picture above)
2. If the username is admin, but you still get the password error notification, you may reset your device camera/NVR.
Note: For the NVR, you may use the Super password software to reset the password of the NVR.
