When you use the Reolink App to scan the QR code on the camera, if it prompts "connection failed" on the phone screen, here are some tips for your reference:
Step 1. Please confirm that your phone has good internet access when it's connected to the cellular data or the router WiFi (By checking if you can visit YouTube/Google with your phone).
