Applies to: Reolink battery-powered cameras
If you haven't heard "Please Run Reolink App, add the camera and Set it up” when you start the setup, please help to confirm the following points:
1. Whether the red status light on the front of the camera is on or off;
2. If the battery has been installed properly;
3. Make sure that the battery hasn't been drained out. And check if the battery can be charged successfully (The charger light on the battery will be orange when it's charging and turn into green when it's fully charged).
4. After confirming the above information, please contact Support for more assistance.
