Can I Delete Certain Video Footages That Stored in Micro SD Card and HDD via Reolink Software

The answer is NO.

Applies to: All Reolink cameras and NVRs

Reolink cameras and NVRs do not support deleting certain video footage stored on the Micro SD card and HDD via Reolink software. If you want to delete the clips, you need to take out the Micro SD card and HDD to delete them on the computer. 

Note: The HDD can only be recognized by the computer by using the adapter cable.

If you don't want to take out the Micro SD card and HDD, the camera and NVR will automatically overwrite the old files when the SD card and HDD are at capacity and then continue to record.
