What Devices Support Deleting SD Card/HDD Recordings

Currently, only a few models support deleting recordings from the SD card. More supported models will be added here once they become available.

How to Delete Video Recordings via Reolink App (Supported Models)

For cameras mentioned above, you can delete individual video clips directly from your phone app.

  1. Open the Reolink App and go to the Playback page for your camera.
  2. Find and select the video clip you wish to delete.
  3. Tap the trash bin icon in the top right corner and confirm the deletion.

For Devices That Don’t Support In-App Deletion

For those cameras, NVRs and Hubs do not support deleting specific video footage stored on the Micro SD card or HDD directly via Reolink software, if you wish to delete certain clips, you will need to remove the Micro SD card or HDD and delete the files manually on a computer.

Note: The HDD can only be recognized by the computer by using the adapter cable.

If you don't want to take out the Micro SD card and HDD, the device will automatically overwrite the old files when the SD card and HDD are at capacity and then continue to record.
