If the SIM card can't be recognized by the Reolink Go/ Go PT, there are several possible causes for the problem.

Cause 1. Improper installation of the SIM card.

Solution:Make sure you insert the SIM card in the correct way, you can refer to the articles here for Reolink GO and Reolink Go PT to install the SIM card.

Cause 2. Poor contact between the SIM card and the camera.

Solution: For Reolink Go, press the iron sheet on the SIM card slot so that the SIM card can contact well with the camera.
