If the camera makes a loud echo when you use the two-way audio, here are some suggestions for you:
- Please check if the microphone hole on your camera has been blocked by something, such as dust. You can clear it and observe if the problem can be solved.
- The echo might be related to the position you install this camera, we suggest you change the installation position for a check.
- If the echo still exists after you change the installation position, please provide a video of the echo you heard to our support, we will judge the problem and help you figure it out.
