If the camera makes a loud echo when you use the two-way audio, here are some suggestions for you:

  1. Please check if the microphone hole on your camera has been blocked by something, such as dust. You can clear it and observe if the problem can be solved.
  2. The echo might be related to the position you install this camera, we suggest you change the installation position for a check.
  3. If the echo still exists after you change the installation position, please provide a video of the echo you heard to our support, we will judge the problem and help you figure it out.
