Here's a quick guide for your reference to set up DDNS for your cameras or NVRs via a web browser. 

Applies to: All Reolink cameras and PoE NVRs except the battery-powered ones, Reolink Lumus, Reolink E1, and Reolink E1 Pro.

Step 1. Log in to your camera via a web browser. Click the gear icon on the top right to get to the device settings page.

Step 2. Click Network > Advanced. Toggle the switch to enable DDNS

Step 3. Click DDNS settings. Choose the DDNS Server Type, and enter the Server Domain Name, Username, and password

Click Save to save the configurations.

If the web interface of your camera is an old version, you can refer to the steps below. 

Step 1. Log in to your camera via a web browser and go to the device settings page. 

Step 2. Click Network >Advanced >DDNS.

Step 3. Enable DDNS and choose No-IP or DynDNS as the DDNS Server type. Then input the Domain name, User Name, and Password and click OK to save the settings.

Note:
  1. We supported both DDNS Server Type: No-IP and DynDNS.
  2. Check the Media port of your Reolink device and forward the Media port on the router interface. If you meet a problem when you forward the port for your product on the router, you can contact the router supplier for further assistance.
