The NTP (Network Time Protocol) is a network protocol for clock synchronization. You may use the NTP to synchronize the time. Check more detailed information below.
Applies to: All Reolink devices except battery-powered cameras.
Note: Reolink battery-powered cameras do not have the NTP feature as these cameras will synchronize date and time automatically once it is connected to the internet.
Since the NTP use the UDP port 123 by default, you may use it to verify whether the UDP port is enabled or not according to the synchronization result.

Via Reolink Client
Step 1. Log in to the device and go to Device > System > Date & Time > Synchronize. If you get a prompt Succeeded, then it synchronizes successfully.
If you want to set up NTP, you can go to Network > Advanced > NTP Setting. Configure the NTP settings as what you need, then click on Save to save the settings.

Via Reolink Web browser
Applies to: Reolink NVRs and cameras excluding the battery-powered ones, B400, D400, B800, D800, Reolink Lumus, Reolink E1, Reolink E1 Pro and Home Hubs.
Step 1. Log in to your camera via a web browser. Click the gear icon on the top right to get to the device settings page.
Go to System > Date & Time> Synchronize. If you get a prompt Succeeded, then it synchronizes successfully.
If you want to set up NTP, you can go to Network > Advanced > NTP Settings and click Set Up. Configure the NTP settings as what you need, then click on Save to save the settings.

Via Reolink NVR (new UI)
Step 1. Go to Settings > System > Time and Language > NTP Settings.
Step 2. Click the Sync button and you may get the NTP settings succeed message, then it synchronizes successfully. In this interface, you can also set the NTP according to your needs.

Via Reolink NVR (Old UI)
Applies to: RLN4-410 (hardware version H3MB17), RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB02), RLN8-410-E, RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB02/H3MB06)
Step 1. Go to Menu > Network > Advanced > NTP.
Step 2. Click the Sync button and you may get the NTP settings succeeded message at the bottom, then it synchronizes successfully. If it fails, please contact the support team for help.
