Symptoms for Reolink Camera Failed to Bind Cloud

You received an "Add failed" error when you clicked the add button on the cloud page. Or when you go to bind the cameras and add a device, you get "no device found".

Troubleshooting for Failure Binding Cloud

  • Be accessed from the external network: Please make sure you can view this camera on different networks such as other wifi or mobile data. Also, you can send us the UID to help you double-check How to Find the UID of Your Cameras and NVRs.
  • Correct Cloud plan: Make sure the subscribed Cloud plan is compatible with the camera. Some models such as Video Doorbell PoE & WiFi, TrackMix LTE Plus, TrackMix Wired LTE, and other devices require an Upgraded Cloud Plan subscription.   • Correct Reolink email account and password: Ensure you're logged in to the Reolink app using your Reolink email account and password, not a third-party account like Gmail.   • Switch mobile phone network: Try adding the camera to the cloud using a different network connection (e.g., switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa).
