You may check the IP address of Reolink products via Reolink Client or Reolink App. The following steps describe how to check the IP address of your device on Reolink App.

Applies to: All Reolink cameras (except for battery-powered 4G cameras) and NVRs.
Note: For TrackMix Wired LTE, it will gain an IP address only when using cable connection.

You can find the IP address of your Reolink device in two places in the Reolink App: 

Method 1. Find the IP Address in System Information

  • Reolink Standalone Camera

    Log in to your camera on the Reolink App on your cellphone. Tap the gear.png icon > Device Info, and then you will find the IP Address of your Reolink camera.

  • Reolink NVR and Integrated Camera

    Log in to your NVR on the Reolink App on your cellphone. Tap NVR >  gear.png icon > Device Info, and then you will find the IP Address of your Reolink NVR.

    Log in to your NVR and camera on the Reolink App on your cellphone. Tap the gear.png icon next to the camera > Device Info, and then you will find the IP Address of your Reolink camera.

  • Reolink Home Hub and Integrated Camera

    Tap Home Hub >  gear.png icon > Device Info, and then you will find the IP Address of your Reolink Home Hub.

    Tap the gear.png icon next to the camera > Device Info, and then you will find the IP Address of your Reolink camera.

Method 2. Find the IP Address in Network Information

You can also find other network parameters, such as the Subnet Mask, Gateway, and DNS.

  • Reolink Standalone Camera

    Log in to your camera on the Reolink App on your cellphone. Tap the gear.png icon > More Features > Network Information, and then you will find the IP Address of your Reolink camera.
