You may check the network status of Reolink products via Reolink Client or Reolink App. The following steps describe how to check the network information of your device on Reolink App.
Applies to: All Reolink cameras (except for battery-powered 4G cameras) and NVRs.
Log in to your device via Reolink App, and go to Device Settings > Device Info > Network Info to check the network information of your device.
Note: For TrackMix Wired LTE, it will gain an IP address only when using cable connection.
