All Reolink cameras supporting SD card
In this FAQ we offer a few steps for you to troubleshoot the problem of SD card not recognized by cameras. When you find the message on Reolink APP that no SD card is detected, please refer to the steps below:
Step 1. Confirm whether your SD card meets the requirements here: Choose Micro SD Card for Cameras
Step 2. Check whether the SD card is inserted properly into the camera.
Step 3. Test the SD card on your computer and see whether the SD card can be read and written.
Step 4. Format the SD card into FAT32 on your computer, and then insert the SD card into the camera to test.
Step 5. If you tried the above steps, but the SD card is still not recognized by the camera, please change a different SD card.
