When you attempt to playback SD card recordings, you may see the message "No SD card detected" or "Not detected" on the camera's Storage page. Additionally, the SD card might be recognized but display 0GB.

Troubleshooting Steps for Reolink Device Not Recognizing SD card

1. Verify that the SD card is installed correctly and oriented properly.

3. Format the SD card to FAT 32 using a PC, then reinsert it into the camera to check if it functions.
