Applies to: Reolink Go

Note: This guide is ONLY for the Connection failed issue of Reolink Go after working well for a few hours and failed suddenly.

Cause 1. The network signal is weak.

Solution: Reboot the camera and move it to the positions with a better network signal.


Cause 2. The SIM card or the data plan has expired.

Solution: Please take out the SIM card and use your phone to check whether you can access the internet. You may also contact the mobile carrier to check the status of your SIM card and the data plan. 


Cause 3. The camera is not working properly.

Solution: Reset the camera, note down the changes of the status light and the voice prompts you hear, then contact Reolink Support Team for further assistance.
