Note: This guide is for "connection failed" issue of Reolink Go after working well for a few hours and failed suddenly
Cause 1. The network signal is weak.
Solution: Try to reboot the camera and move it to other positions (well signal covered) to test.
Cause 2. The SIM card or the data plan is expired.
Solution: Please try to take out the SIM card to test on your phone to verify the issue or contact the cellular carrier to verify the SIM card could connect to the Internet and has the data plan.
Cause 3. The camera stopped working.
Solution: Try to reset the camera and check if the

|Installed||Solid Red||Connection failed||Try to check the SIM card as the Cause 2 and uninstall the SIM card then reboot the camera to test.|
|Installed||Solid Red||No||Provide the UID and contact support for further checking.|
