Before troubleshooting, please make sure your charging cable is working properly. If your camera's status LED is completely off, you may follow the troubleshooting tips listed below to solve the problem. There are several possible causes for the problem.
Note: This guide is only for cameras that cannot be charged or powered-on after working properly for a while.
Cause 1. The battery is defective
Solution: Please take the battery off the camera and keep the battery charging for a few hours. Then put it back to check whether you can turn on the camera. If not, please reset the camera and try again to see if it works.
If you have other Reolink Go cameras, please swap the battery of the functional cameras with this camera to confirm whether it's the battery issue or not.
Cause 2. The camera is defective
Solution: Remove the battery and charge the camera itself. Then check whether the status LED lights on. If not, the camera is defective. Please contact our support team for additional help by submitting a request.
