This article is to solve the problem that you failed to change the resolution for Reolink cameras. Please check the guides below.
Cause: Multiple Binding
Solution: Before configuring the resolution settings via Reolink Client/App, please confirm whether you have added the camera to the third-party software or NAS. If you have set the camera via the 3rd-party software, then changing resolution will be prevented.
You may delete the camera from that software, then reconfigure the settings via Reolink Client. Or the easier way is to restore the camera to factory default settings, then resolution changing will be supported.
