Bind your Reolink camera to your Reolink cloud account after you have purchased a cloud plan, and you could view the recordings saved to the cloud any time and anywhere.

Important Notes of Reolink Cloud Plan Subscription

1. Device Compatibility

Please make sure to read Reolink Cloud Availability to confirm that your country and camera model are supported before purchasing a cloud plan subscription. If you have already purchased a cloud plan subscription but don’t see your device in the “Add Device” list on the cloud interface, it’s likely that your device does not support the cloud subscription. Please read the Reolink Cloud Availability again for confirmation. If the cloud functionality is not supported, it is advisable to cancel your cloud subscription promptly to receive a refund.

2. Selecting the Right Plan

  • The available cloud plans may vary by country or region. For example, in the United States, the LTE Plan (Basic/Standard/Business/Premier) only supports LTE cameras, such as the Go PT Ultra and Go Plus 4G models, and does not support Wi-Fi cameras. Therefore, it’s important to ensure you are purchasing the correct plan.
  • Reolink Cloud services are divided into Classic Plan and Upgraded Plan. Note that the Video Doorbell WiFi (plug-in), TrackMix Wired LTE, and TrackMix LTE Plus all require a subscription to the Upgraded Plan in order to use cloud services.

If you realize that you have made a purchase error, please cancel your cloud subscription promptly to receive a refund.

3. Binding Cameras to the Cloud

  • Only the Reolink App and Reolink official website support adding cameras to the cloud, Reolink Client software does not support cloud functionality.
  • Using the Reolink App to bind camera to the cloud plan is the primary method. Binding the camera to the cloud subscription via the Reolink official website requires that the camera is already associated with a Reolink account (this can be done using the smart home feature). Therefore, this article focuses on how to bind the camera to the cloud plan using the Reolink App.

4. Other Cloud Subscription Notice

Cameras located in different places can be added to the same cloud plan, provided they are connecting to the internet successfully (meaning they can be accessed remotely).
