Steps to Change Resolution for Videos Uploaded to Reolink Cloud
You can manually select which resolution mode you prefer for cloud uploads using the Reolink App. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to change it.
Step 1. Launch the Reolink App and go to Cloud > Cloud Storage. If you haven't logged in to your Reolink cloud account, you need to log in first.
Step 2. Tap the plan you are using now. Then select the camera device for which you wish to change the upload resolution.
For example, the picture below shows that you are going to change the video resolution for Argus Eco under the Basic Plan.
Step 3. Tap Video resolution. Two options will be available:
- Clear – Higher video quality, suitable for detailed recordings.
- Fluent – Lower resolution, optimized for smoother playback and reduced data usage.
Select the desired resolution mode by tapping the corresponding option.
Once selected, the camera will upload videos to the cloud using the chosen resolution mode.
Done! You've successfully changed the resolution of the video uploaded to Reolink Cloud.
