This article instructs you to show alarm videos on the playback progress bar.

Applies to: All Reolink NVR systems and cameras except battery-powered cameras without smart detection.

If you have set up both motion recordings and continuous recordings for your Reolink devices at the same time, you can refer to the guidance below to locate the alarm recording quickly on the playback page.

On Reolink App

On the playback page on Reolink App, continuous recordings are listed in light blue, and motion recordings are in dark blue. If you only want to check the alarm recordings, you can click the icon no filter.png icon to show the alarm recordings out of the continuous recordings.

On Reolink Client (New Client)

On Reolink Client, the continuous recordings are listed in grey, and the alarm recordings are in dark blue. If you only want to check motion recordings of a certain detection type, you can click the relevant detection type (any motions/person/vehicle/pet) to locate the recordings.

On PoE NVR 

Note: This only applies to Reolink PoE NVRs with hardware version h3MB02/H3MB16.

On the playback page, you can identify the alarm recordings via the color. Continuous recordings are listed in blue, and alarm recordings are in red.

On Reolink NVRs (New UI)

On the playback page of new UI NVRs, the continuous recordings are listed in grey, and the alarm recordings are in dark blue. If you only want to check motion recordings of a certain detection type, you can toggle the Alarm Only switch, and click the relevant detection type (any motions/person/vehicle/pet) to locate the recordings.
