Applies to: Reolink PoE NVRs.
Cause 1. No video output to the monitor/TV.
Solution: Refer to No Video Output on the Monitor/TV from Reolink NVR to check.
Cause 2. LAN port on the NVR doesn't work.
- Try to change a verified working Ethernet cable and ports on the router to check if you could find the IP address of the NVR.
- Go to Menu -> Network -> General tab via the monitor to check if the Default Gateway is eth0, if it is, try to upgrade the firmware to check.
Cause 3. DC adapter is defective.
Solution: Check if the LED on the DC adapter will keep turning on when the NVR was off, if not, please contact the support team for help.
If all above still doesn't work, please take some photos or short videos to support team for further help.
