There're several possible causes for Reolink PoE NVR to stop working. You may follow the troubleshooting tips listed below to solve the problem.
Cause 1. No video output to the monitor/TV
Solution: Refer to this article to solve the problem.
Cause 2. Defective LAN port on the NVR
- Please use a properly-functioning Ethernet cable to connect the NVR to a properly-functioning port on the router to see whether you can find the IP address of the NVR.
- Go to Menu >> Network >> General to check if the Default Gateway is right. If it is, try to upgrade the firmware to see if it works.
Cause 3. Defective DC adapter
Solution: Turn off the NVR to see whether the LED of the DC adapter will stay lit. If not, please submit a request to our support team for additional help.
