1. Confirm that the working environment temperature/charging temperature of the camera meets the requirements. Refer to: Introduction to the Working Environment of Reolink Devices
2. Turn off the PIR and reduce the time of previewing. If the problem is solved, it may be because the camera is triggered too many times and consumes too much power. In this case, it is recommended to lower the PIR sensitivity to reduce the number of times the camera is triggered.
3. Take out the SD card to test. If it can be solved, it may be that there is an adaptability problem between your SD card and camera. It is recommended that you change an SD card and test it again.
4. Reset the camera and reconfigure it to connect to another router/phone hotspot. (Not apply to 4G camera). If the problem can be solved, the camera may have compatibility issues with your network. It is recommended that you check the network settings.
