You may follow this guide to troubleshoot the problem.
Firstly, please make sure the resolution setting for the camera is 5MP in encode settings.
Cause: Out-dated firmware
If your Reolink 5MP camera is indicated as 4MP on the live-view page or there's no 2560*1920 (5MP) option when adjusting the resolution on Reolink PoE NVR, it's highly possible that your NVR's firmware is out-dated.
Solution: Upgrade your NVR to the latest firmware version.
