To check the camera connection status, you may need to find the system status information via Reolink App sometimes.
Applies to: All Reolink products.
Step 1. Open Reolink App and tap Settings (in the top-left corner) > About > System Status.
Step 2. Find system status information on this page.
1. You may take a screenshot and send it to the Reolink support team if necessary.
2. If your camera has a connection issue, please click the camera to try to connect it first before checking the system status.
