Common Camera Naming Issues and Solutions
- Camera name not displayed: Check whether the camera name is hidden when the name does not show.
- Camera name not saved: When the camera name resets to the default "Camera 1" after a while, update your device and cameras to the latest firmware from the official website.
-
Camera shows UID instead of name on cloud: If the camera displays the UID instead of its name after being added to the cloud, try renaming the camera. The name may update after a short while.
